It is a really advantageous offer! It is a quiet and nice village in a flat country with fresh air and wonderful places. The village is only 16 km from the town of Haskovo, 77km from the city of Stara Zagora and 90 km from the city of Plovdiv. It is also in fishing and in hunting area. There is a river near the village.

There is electricity and running water outside the house, a septic tank, a phone-line is not available but it’s easy to be done. The toilet is outside but it’s easy to get it inside.
The garden is 990sq.m and it is not cultivated. There is also a parking for two cars and a well.
We sincerely recommend purchase because of the good location of the property. The house is old but in traditional Bulgarian style and it needs repairs and a refreshment / you can rebuild the floor/ but it is very solid – with stone foundations and at a too low price, in a very beautiful and healthy region with very friendly people and near high-way!
