This region is famous because of the Sandansko – Petrichka valley where are situated the Natural landmark Kozhuha – secluded rocky high ground, remainder of an old volcanic cone with crater (the only one in Bulgaria) and the protected locality of Rupite – area with thermal mineral springs and typical for the region plant life. The village is also 100 km. away from the Aegean Sea, which explains the mild climate in the region.
The house is two-story building with 60 sq. m. built-up area. The property is supplied with electricity, running water inside and outside the house and sewage-system.
