We at Bulgarian Company Property Management know that unfortunately things happen to unoccupied properties from simple leaks to storm damage etc. We can take away the worry of such events going unnoticed through our program of out of season (unoccupied periods) inspections. We undertake to inspect your property regularly and to send you a detailed report of the condition of the property. If there are any works to be carried out we will inform you immediately.
Again as previously reported any works costing less than £250 will be carried out without prior approval while for anything costing more than this we will provide you with a detailed quotation which must be signed off and approved in advance of any works being carried out (other than works to secure the property should they be necessary).
These inspections are carried out on the last day of the month unless their have been storms and early checks may be required to ensure the property is secure.
