There are 40 apartments and studios from 30 sq.m. tо 90 sq.m. in the Complex. All apartments and most of the studios will have a fireplace for creating cosy atmosphere.
For those of you who never get exhausted there will be a fitness center, jacuzzi, plunge pool and sauna. You may relax in the Irish pub in the lobby.
A 24-hour reception desk and ski wardrobe will be at your service. You may also take advantage of any of the additional services like cleaning, laundry, ironing, repairs, etc.
If you are coming by car, you are welcome to use the underground garage. All your property will be guarded 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Finally, you may get income from your property while not using it. Alongside with our “Asset management” service we will provide full cooperation to any letting company you may choose.

Location
Bansko is a typical small mountain town you can cross in 5 minutes by car. Residential Complex Breeze Bansko is away from the town centre with its noise and hassle, away from other residential buildings and hotels, which makes it a very peaceful place for rest.
The Complex is situated close to the future Ring Road, which will be a fast connection to the main ski lift. Breeze Bansko will offer a private minibus, which will take you to the starting station of the Gondola and to the centre of the town.
The location has yet another benefit – a magnificent panorama view of Pirin and Rila mountains that surround Bansko from North, West and South.
A golf course is planned to be built in the area, which will increase the potential of the resort during the non-skiing season.
Maintenance & security
The investor - CL 2003 Ltd - will provide the maintenance and security of the property including:
- 24/7 reception desk and security
- cleaning of the staircase, corridors, lobbies and the other public areas
- maintenance of the green zones, cleaning, irrigation, etc.
- alley lighting
- maintenance of the lift
- current small repairs of the public areas, pavements, alleys, and the building.
These services will be covered by a 10 euro/sq.m. annual fee.
If you are coming with a vehicle, you are welcome to use the underground garage.

Current progress
